Intellectual Property Assistant for Haircare Brand

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team at Botanix, a leading haircare brand. In this role, you will play a critical part in protecting our brand's intellectual property. Your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting with trademark filings and patent submissions.
Monitoring and identifying any stores or brands that may be copying or infringing on our product designs and formulas on a daily basis.
Preparing and submitting legal documents related to intellectual property.
Liaising with legal professionals to address any potential infringements.
Conducting research on competitors and ensuring our brand’s IP is protected.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with legal documentation, trademarks, or patents is a plus.
Ability to research and track IP infringements across various platforms.
Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with legal teams.
Familiarity with the beauty/haircare industry is a bonus.
