Urgent Hire: Senior Property Manager

Are you passionate about real estate and have a knack for managing properties? We’re looking for a dedicated Property Manager to help us create exceptional living experiences for our tenants. If you’re organized, communicative, can speak Spanish fluently, and are ready to make a difference, this is the job for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring everything is in top shape.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
* Assist with leasing activities, including showings and marketing properties to attract quality tenants.
* Manage budgets, process rent payments, and handle other financial tasks related to property management.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in property management and real estate is essential.
* communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
* Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and team members.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various aspects of property management.
* A keen eye for detail to ensure properties are in excellent condition and tenant needs are met.

* Competitive Pay: Ranging from $6 - $8 per hour, based on your experience.
