We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Expert to manage and optimize our social media channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, with content being related to real estate and short-term rentals. You will work closely with the owner to create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and attract new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media activities across multiple platforms, including but not limited to
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content that aligns with our brand's voice and goals. This includes creating posts, graphics, and videos. You will be responsible for multiple channels to create content for.
Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Adjust strategies based on insights and performance data.
Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner. Will also have the goal to gain followers who are our target audience and convert to customers.
Collaboration: Work closely with team lead to ensure consistency in messaging and campaign execution.
What we would like to see from you:
Proven experience in managing social media accounts for real estate or related industries.
Strong proficiency with social media management tools, including GoHighLevel (GHL).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
Experience with social media analytics and performance metrics.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Previous experience in the real estate or short-term rental industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
