Aurhomes Group is looking to hire an organized and highly skilled Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transaction coordination, be quick at creating necessary documents for both buyers and sellers, and have strong coordination skills to handle follow-up
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documents related to home buying and selling, including buyer offers and listing documents, using
- Coordinate and schedule follow-up
- Maintain and organize all contracts, ensuring they are properly uploaded to our transaction management system, SkySlope.
- Handle transaction coordination tasks such as preparing market updates, CMAs, mailouts, and client outreach.
- Assist clients with setting up inspections, appraisals, and home utility services.
- Help gather reviews and client testimonials.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.
- Proficient in creating documents for buyer offers and listings through
- Strong knowledge of SkySlope, DocuSign, DigiSign, and related forms and software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- MUST be willing to work Central Time Zone (CST) and weekends are on standby.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with client outreach and follow-up processes.
- Familiarity with creating CMAs and handling mailouts.
