Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Video Editor with expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro to produce high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, video formatting, and engagement strategies. You'll work closely with our content creators and marketing team to ensure that our video content resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit and assemble video footage into polished, engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring that each video aligns with the overall brand strategy and campaign goals.
Trend Integration: Stay updated on current social media trends, challenges, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
Post-Production: Perform color correction, audio editing, and visual effects to enhance video quality. Ensure all videos are optimized for each platform’s specifications.
File Management: Organize and maintain video files, ensuring all assets are stored correctly and accessible for future use.
Feedback Incorporation: Implement feedback from teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders to refine and improve video content.
Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media video content.
Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus.
Skills: Excellent video editing skills with a keen eye for detail, creativity, and storytelling. Strong understanding of social media platforms and video formatting.
Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Degree or certification in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Additional experience in motion graphics and animation.
Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create unique and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
