Key Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring all meetings are well-coordinated.
2. Meeting Attendance: Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
3. Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and reporting.
4. Calendar Management: Oversee and manage multiple calendars, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and events are accurately scheduled.
5. CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring all customer data is current and accurate.
6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

9. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various purposes using tools like Canva.
10. Newsletter Copywriting: Write and edit engaging content for newsletters.
11. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms, engaging with followers and growing our online presence.
12. Travel Planning and Bookings: Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
13. Video Editing: Edit videos for internal and external use.
14 Website Management: Update and maintain website content, ensuring all information is current.
15 Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, especially when I am not available.
16. Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents as needed.
17. Follow-up Communications: Ensure timely follow-ups on all communications, keeping projects and tasks on track.
18. Content Creation: Develop content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and blogs.
19. CRM Updates: Regularly update CRM systems with the latest customer information and interaction details.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency with CRM systems, calendar management tools, and social media platforms.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8. Flexibility to handle a wide variety of tasks.
