ABOUT THE ROLE:
A privately-held, high-growth startup consulting business based in the United States is looking to add a part-time Research Specialist Virtual Assistant. The company currently supports five startup clients and is expanding rapidly. This teammate will provide support remotely from the Philippines during U.S. Central Standard Time.

ABOUT YOU:
Are you a Notion power user? Do you have experience researching and building outreach lists? We are looking for a highly capable Research Specialist Virtual Assistant with a knack for building custom databases in Notion. This role requires critical thinking, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently. Business development, finance or venture capital experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Investor Targeting & Research: Identify and research potential investors, determining the best fit based on investment sizes, rounds, geography, and industry sectors.
-Investor List Building: Run searches on CrunchBase to identify relevant startups and their investors, refining search parameters to target the right profiles.
-Data Enrichment: Enrich investor data using Clay and other data enrichment tools.
-Database Management: Input and organize all data into Notion, creating detailed databases for clients to leverage.
-Outreach Preparation: Develop personalized outreach strategies based on enriched data and investor profiles.
-Back-Office Administration: Support back-office tasks such as invoicing and administrative duties, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
-Familiarity with building outreach databases and targeting lists.
-Extreme proficiency in Notion, with experience managing databases efficiently.
-Understanding of search queries and data analysis with a willingness to run repetitive tasks to achieve key outcomes.
-High horsepower research skills.
-Strong written English.
-Highly meticulous with a keen eye for detail in all aspects of work.
-Capable of working independently, managing your time effectively without constant supervision.
-At least 3 years of experience with finance, business development, or client relations (ideally with U.S. client accounts)
-Bachelor Degree or higher (Academic honors and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)
