Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for a highly driven individual that wants to be part of a tight knit team doing 5-7 deals a month! We are happy to train the right individual who shows potential for growth and desire to learn! This position will be directly under the owner and requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Must have Cold Calling experience
- Must be fluent in English - CLEAR ACCENT and great communication skills
- Skip tracing experience is a plus


Cold Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further discussion with sales representatives.
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily to meet targets and objectives.
Manage and update CRM system with lead information and activity details.
Follow up on warm leads generated through digital marketing efforts to convert prospects into clients.

Equipment Requirement:
Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
RAM: 8 GB or higher
Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.

Compensation:
Training: $2hr USD
Client Campaigns: $3hr USD + bonus per deal closed.
*Weekly Payout for first 2 months*
