Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced solar lender experience with leasing and loans to assist our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing loans documents including the preparation of moderate to complex lease submittals using company cam, docusign and CRM with limited supervision. This role involves processing and preparing loan documents and images across various loan and lease(PPA/PTO)types such as Solar Loans and leases, HVAC, Roof and Home improvement loans. This position demands attention to detail and proficiency as these are time sensitive projects.
Provide support to Finance Manager and Project management teams by ensuring the timely and accurate processing, documentation and completion of all projects submitted.
Maintain all images uploaded that are required by PPA Lender.
Prepare Home Improvement Contracts (HIC) + Addendums and send out to clients and installers to be reviewed and signed.
Prepare install images using company cam in accordance with lender policy and according to the terms of the approved credit
