Healthcare Recruiter

Ondek Healthcare, Inc. a premier U.S. based Healthcare Staffing Agency, is seeking an experienced contract Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in the Philippines.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Source talent using a variety of creative solutions including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media channels, job boards, journals, professional associations, networking, conferences, online groups and other talent communities.

2. Recommend starting rates/compensation for candidates by reviewing qualifications, experience, internal equity and other market conditions.

3. Present verbal and written offers to candidate as a Total Rewards package and negotiates with candidate in partnership with Finance Manager and Director of HR to obtain acceptance and closures.

4. Responsible for managing background checking, drug screening and onboarding process, supporting candidate and resolving any issues, to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

5. Provide exemplary follow-up with candidates ensuring background and drug screening is completed timely and that results are received as soon as possible.

Position Requirements:
1. 3+ years of Healthcare recruitment experience; Agency experience a plus
2. Sales mentality; ability to meet and exceed goals
3. Professional demeanor
4. Strong English communications skills
4. Initiative and sense of urgency

Position is contract, 20 hours per week EST. Hours may increase based upon workload and company performance. Positions recruiting: Nurses, OT and PT. Candidates need to have experience with recruiting for these positions.
