Assistant in Community Management for a french real estate media company

Thibaud Tellier Photographie, a company specializing in real estate media, is located in Chatou, France. As part of our expansion and desire to strengthen our presence among local real estate agents, we are actively seeking an Assistant in Community Management.
- The pay will be $5/ hour.
- The hours will be 10/week to start.


Responsibilities:

As an Assistant in Community Management at Thibaud Tellier Photographie, you will be responsible for expanding our presence among local real estate agents through Instagram. You will be required to carry out the following tasks on a daily basis:

- Using advanced search features on Instagram to identify prospects among local real estate agents.
- Implementing a targeted communication strategy to effectively present our company and services to real estate professionals.
- Writing and sending personalized messages while responding to inquiries from real estate agents to showcase our expertise.
- Utilizing specialized management tools to systematically organize and compile the results of our research.


Requirements:

Many aspects of client prospecting involve sending messages generated by our automatic message-generating tools. However, certain aspects of engagement will require both writing and responding to unique messages related to very specific content. As such, we are seeking someone with the following skills:

- Sufficient proficiency in French to read, understand, and craft appropriate responses to agents.
- Ability to respond to questions when agents react to our prospecting efforts.


Future Development:

We aim to further delegate our social media content creation process, including the publication of graphic content and writing blog articles.
We also aim to delegate all the quality control process of all content prior to delivery.
