Work Days: Monday to Friday (rarely weekends!)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 7 am-5 pm Pacific Time, with flexibility.

Main Responsibilities:
• Support Calls: Build and maintain strong relationships with hoteliers, addressing inquiries and resolving overbooking issues with tact and efficiency.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle data entry, manage hotel information, and ensure adherence to best practices for listing hotels on our platform.
• Structure & Organization: Implement and maintain efficient organizational processes to streamline operations and support business goals.

Requirements for this Role:
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Hotel Support, or Relationship Management.
• With a startup spirit, excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited to wear multiple hats.
• Knows a little bit about a lot! (admin and data entry/ SOP and processes dev/ marketing/ customer support)

Front of the Line (Bonus Points) if you have:
• Experience in the hospitality (hotel industry)
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• Experience in marketing and social media management
• American Accent (nice to have, not crucial)
• Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM)
