Job Title: Content Creation Expert

Role Overview:

We are looking for a versatile Content Creation Expert with experience in the e-commerce clothing industry to join our team, reporting to the Social Media & Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, social media management, and administrative tasks. This role requires a creative individual who can efficiently manage a variety of tasks ranging from creating engaging graphics and managing social media content to administrative duties and data management, specifically within the context of fashion and apparel.


Responsibilities:

- Design advertisement graphics for both print and digital media using Canva, as required (1-2 times per month).
- Create graphics and GIFs for email marketing campaigns weekly.
- Download TikTok videos and upload them to YouTube Shorts and Pinterest on a weekly basis.
- Create and manage pins on Pinterest from an existing photo library (monthly).
- Research and compile trending content ideas from TikTok and Instagram (weekly).
- Assist in community management across Meta Business Manager, TikTok, and Facebook group (3 or more times per week).
- Assist with video editing on a weekly basis.
- Create barcodes for new products as needed (approximately once a month).
- Compile data into monthly reports.
- Assist with SEO optimisation on Shopify
- Photography sorting including minor photo editing on Adobe Lightroom
- Handle travel planning and booking on an ad hoc basis.
- Organise and manage emails daily, ensuring tasks are updated with due dates.
- Assist with wholesale customer research and outreach

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, and social media management, specifically within the e-commerce clothing industry.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Lightroom, and other graphic design tools.
- Experienced in social media platforms and content, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Software to Be Used:

- Canva
- Adobe Lightroom
- Trello or Asana - must be confident on how to set this up for the business
- Social media platforms

Timezone: AEST

Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week

Rate: $600 AUD/month
