Senior Product Designer for Mobile and SaaS Apps

The Role
As our product designer, you'll work directly with me to design and refine various mobile applications and SaaS applications. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to shape multiple products' user experience and visual identity across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of the design process, from user research to final implementation
Create intuitive and visually appealing designs for both mobile apps and web-based SaaS platforms
Develop and maintain a cohesive design system across all products
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create interactive prototypes to test and refine design concepts
Continuously improve our design processes and stay updated with industry trends
Contribute to the product strategy and feature roadmap

Requirements
Proven experience in UX/UI design for mobile apps and web-based applications
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various platforms
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience creating and maintaining design systems
Familiarity with mobile and web design patterns and best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain design concepts clearly
Track record of completing projects end-to-end
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice-to-Haves
Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Knowledge of design principles for accessibility and inclusive design
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with animation and motion design
Understanding of data visualization techniques
Background in branding and visual identity creation
