Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Grant Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, drafting, and submitting grant proposals that align with our mission. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify potential funding sources and develop compelling narratives that highlight our unique contributions as a minority-owned business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify grant opportunities that align with our business objectives.
- Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Maintain a calendar of grant deadlines and ensure timely submission.
- Track and report on the status of grant applications.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports for grant applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in grant writing, preferably with a focus on minority-owned businesses or community-based organizations.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
