JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to manage and enhance the LinkedIn presence of our CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of personal branding, content creation, and engagement strategies. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about real estate and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn profile, ensuring it is up-to-date and professional.
Monitor LinkedIn activity(and other social media channels), including comments, messages, and mentions, and respond on behalf of the CEO as appropriate.
Implement a commenting strategy to engage with industry leaders, clients, and influencers, driving meaningful conversations and increasing visibility.
Grow and manage the CEO’s LinkedIn network, identifying and connecting with relevant industry professionals, clients, and influencers.
Develop and implement an outreach campaign to connect with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, leveraging LinkedIn as a powerful networking tool.
Analyze LinkedIn metrics to track performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices, algorithm changes, and trends in real estate and digital marketing.
Coordinate with the CEO and other team members to align LinkedIn activities with broader marketing and business strategies.
Assist with other administrative tasks related to LinkedIn, such as event promotions, group participation, and company page management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing LinkedIn profiles, preferably for executives or within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, features, and best practices for personal branding.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and professional comments.
Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry trends.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Analytical mindset with experience in using LinkedIn analytics tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the CEO’s voice authentically.
