HR Manager

The Yaychat Manager position is a crucial role at Yaychat, equivalent to a full-time HR Specialist. The primary responsibility involves assisting the company in recruiting Voice Room Hosts. You will be rewarded for successfully referring candidates who pass their probationary period.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the company in recruiting Voice Room Hosts by sourcing suitable talent, conducting interviews, and evaluations.
• Establish connections with potential candidates, introduce the company's job opportunities, and encourage them to join Yaychat.
• Provide information about the position, answer candidate inquiries, ensuring they understand their roles and expectations.
• Follow up and support new employees during their on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth start to their work.

Requirements and Skills:
·At least 1 year experience in the live stream industry
· Interest in the voice room industry with strong communication skills.
· Ability to identify and attract suitable talent, possessing excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates, understanding HR processes, and recruitment strategies. Strong teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with various departments.
