Job Title: Filipino Lawyer with Knowledge of U.S. Law


We are seeking a Filipino lawyer who is well-versed in US law to assist us in navigating the legal landscape associated with our business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong contract management skills and a comprehensive understanding of legal documentation. You will play an instrumental role in ensuring that our contracts are legally sound and compliant with US regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in line with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with relevant US laws and regulations affecting our contracts and operations.
Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including risk assessment and dispute resolution.
Collaborate with different departments to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards.
Prepare and review legal documents, including agreements, policies, and guidelines.

Qualifications:


Must be a licensed attorney in the Philippines with an active legal practice.
Strong understanding of US law, particularly in contract law and commercial transactions.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in corporate law or a related field is a plus.
