Position Title: Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish-Speaking)

Bienvenido Insurance, a rapidly expanding, family-owned insurance agency, is seeking an entry-level, detail-oriented bilingual Virtual Assistant with excellent phone skills. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is perfect for someone ready to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Position Overview:


As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for managing quotes, updating CRM systems, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and agents in both English and Spanish. This position begins with a 30-day training program designed to give you the tools to succeed, with potential for growth based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Quote Management:


*Handle policy quotes across multiple platforms.
*Complete and submit forms for various insurance carriers.
*Generate auto policy quotes using Turborater.
*Fill out Acord forms for commercial policies.
*Notify agents of completed quotes and forms.
*Send quotes to clients via email or text.
*Process approximately 15 personal and commercial line quotes daily.
*Multitask and perform data entry with minimal supervision.


CRM Management:


Keep the CRM system up-to-date with complete and accurate information.
Upload policies using RingCentral.
Enter new policies and quotes into NPQ CRM.
Send text messages to clients in both English and Spanish regarding payments due or policy cancellations.
Ensure speed and accuracy in all data collection tasks.
