DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist for a real estate company. Training will be provided to ensure you understand our processes and requirements, and there will be much opportunity for growth if this is a good fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES: $2/hour will be data-entry only which includes:
Recording addresses and information from probate records into Google Sheets
Handle approximately 60-100 leads per week
Pulling probate cases from LA County Court house website into Google Sheets
Confirming owners on real estate software.

***Great opportunity for pay increases and more hours*** IF client shows consistently accurate/quality work, that is done effienciently, and consistently completed in a timely manner, we will gladly consider training for more advanced tasks and more available hours to work. We would do a 1-3 month trial period of data entery and do client review at that time.

Some of these future advanced tasks would include: (Detailed and In-depth PAID training would be provided).

Market Campaigning including:
Use of mail merging systems like Autocrat to streamline and set up direct mail.
Skiptracing real estate leads using BatchSkiptracing
Running Podio CRM, including workflow automation to integrate with Mojodialer
Setting appointments in Podio, Google Calendar and Calendly.

Optional additional work: Social Media Management including video editing and design.

REQUIREMENTS:
Intermediate experience with high accuracy data entry or administrative work.
***Strong Attention to Detail***
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, including using AutoCrat (a document merge tool for automating the creation of personalized documents).
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Fluency in English
Experience with skip tracing preferred but not required

PROJECT DETAILS:

$2/hour to start (data-entry only) 1-3 month trial period. Then we will re-assess for advancement in hours and pay.

Milestones: Timely turn-around of approximately 30-60 leads twice per week (total of 60-100 leads per week total) with information input, successful setup of AutoCrat automation for documents, skip tracing, and google sheets organization.
