The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and rendering, with a specific focus on creating detailed and realistic floor plans. You will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings that accurately represent the design and layout of various flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate 3D floor renderings based on architectural plans and client specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure renderings align with project goals and aesthetic visions.
• Produce photorealistic images that effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Revise and refine renderings based on feedback from the design team and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D rendering and modeling.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in 3D rendering with a strong portfolio showcasing floor renderings.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
