Position Overview:
As a Remote Document Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing client documents, ensuring that all necessary materials are collected, verified, and accurately stored. Your work will be instrumental in supporting the preparation of visa petitions that meet the highest standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Collection and Requests:
Manage the centralized
Identify missing documents from initial submissions and promptly communicate with clients to obtain the required materials.
Direct clients to submit documents to the designated
Ensure all received documents are properly sorted, tagged, and organized within the firm’s document management system.
Create and maintain client folders, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurately saved and up-to-date.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of client documents, confirming receipt and organization within client folders.
Centralize document requests and follow up with clients via
Collaborate closely with the legal team to forward client documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary materials are available for petition preparation.
Assist clients in completing required forms and documentation, offering explanations and support as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent written communication abilities for client correspondence.
Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
Familiarity with
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage document-related tasks independently.
Previous experience in immigration law, especially with P-1, O-1, and EB-1A visas, is strongly preferred.
