Inside Sales Associate

Position: Independent Sales Agent (ISA)
Location: Remote
Rate: Starting at $4 per hour (higher rates for exceptional skills)

About Us:
We are a dynamic team dedicated to client success, seeking an ISA to drive lead generation and support our clients’ growth. This role will be essential in establishing connections with potential clients and setting qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
Schedule appointments and manage the client pipeline in our CRM
Keep detailed records of interactions in Follow Up Boss (CRM)
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions
Achieve weekly lead and appointment goals

Key Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage a remote schedule
Familiarity with Follow Up Boss and outbound calling scripts (materials provided for review)

Compensation:
Starting rate of $4 per hour, with potential for higher rates based on experience
Time-tracking software is used for hours worked
Payment is made biweekly via Wise
