Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Transactions Coordinator / General Admin to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be managing and coordinating land transactions from start to finish. Additionally, you will dedicate a few hours each day to managing our cold email software, SmartLeads.ai, ensuring seamless communication with sellers interested in selling their parcels. This role requires someone who can learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and manage complex processes with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Coordination: Oversee all aspects of land transactions, ensuring each deal progresses smoothly and closes successfully.
Dispositions: Will be responsible for building buyers list, selling deals, and connecting with brokers and sellers. This is a hands-on position!
SmartLeads.ai Management: Spend a few hours daily managing our cold email software, SmartLeads.ai, responding to seller inquiries, and following up with interested parties to maintain a strong pipeline.
Document Review: Read and interpret municipal and title documents, ensuring compliance and preparing the necessary paperwork for successful transactions.
Vendor Coordination: Confidently schedule and manage relationships with surveyors, soil scientists, contractors, and other relevant professionals to keep projects on track.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders, including sellers, title companies, and internal team members.
Fast Learning: Quickly grasp the requirements of each transaction and adapt to any new information or challenges that arise during the process.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address potential issues in transactions, ensuring that all obstacles are overcome before closing.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in project management, construction management, or direct experience as a transactions coordinator in the real estate or land acquisition industry.
Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review documents and ensure all transaction details are correct and compliant.
Adaptability: A mindset geared towards radical adaptability, able to pivot and respond to challenges as they arise.
Ownership: A commitment to total ownership, ensuring tasks are completed with the highest level of integrity and accountability, even if it means going above and beyond.
