Role: Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is designed to enhance our client’s digital presence, focusing on SEO to attract caregivers and managing social media content. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SEO, Digital Marketing and a passion for creating engaging content.
Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute SEO strategies to attract caregivers. Track and analyze keywords, optimize content, and monitor performance to ensure SEO effectiveness.
Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging posts for
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and report on SEO and social media performance metrics. Adjust strategies as needed based on data insights.
Follow-Up Communications: Conduct follow-up calls with caregivers and employees to maintain engagement and address any queries.
Qualities and Requirements:
-SEO Expertise: Proven experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and performance tracking.
-Social Media Skills: Ability to create compelling social media content that aligns with SEO goals.
-Polite Communication: Strong communication skills with a focus on polite and kind interactions.
-Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
-Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in content creation and SEO practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on SEO and social media.
-Background or experience as an Executive Assistant in hospice or home care is a plus, but not required.
