Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency dedicated to bridging the gap between North American businesses and exceptionally talented remote staff in the Philippines.

Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant with a Recruitment background to support our client’s growing business. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the first phase of the recruitment process, handling various administrative tasks, and executing project-based assignments. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, basic SEO knowledge, managing Google Ads, and a positive attitude, who can work independently with clear direction.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Create and refine content using Canva, including visual enhancements to presentations or documents. Conduct research for various projects (e.g., finding Airbnb locations or researching candidates).
Assist with marketing tasks, including basic SEO knowledge and managing Google Ads.
Prepare and send email blasts to clients using provided templates.

Administrative Tasks:
Organize and maintain email inboxes, ensuring efficient communication.
Manage and update Excel sheets, including client and project data.
Coordinate calendar appointments and scheduling using Gmail Calendar.

Recruitment Support
Review, screen, and vet resumes for various positions.
Manage the recruitment pipeline using tools like Indeed and other job boards.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
Assist with the onboarding process, including communicating NDAs and other documentation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Experience working as Executive Virtual assistant is a MUST
Strong technical skills, particularly with Canva, Gmail, Excel, and job boards like Indeed.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
HR or recruitment experience is a significant asset.
Positive personality and strong communicator who can work independently.
