We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to assist with the following:
1) Lead, and motivate a growing team.
2) Monitor and manage performance, ensuring that individual and team KPIs are met.
3) Conduct regular tea
4) Handle escalated issues, and continuously monitor interactions for quality and accuracy.
**MUST be ok working US-based hours**

Will only accept talent with at least 1 year of leadership experience preferably experience using Gorgias. This individual must be comfortable speaking on calls.
