JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to assist with the following:

1) Lead, and motivate a growing team.
2) Monitor and manage performance, ensuring that individual and team KPIs are met.
3) Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and one-on-ones.
4) Handle escalated issues, and continuously monitor interactions for quality and accuracy.

**MUST be ok working US-based hours**
Please confirm that you are willing to work US hours when you apply to this role, occasional weekend or evening work may be required during peak seasons.

Will only accept talent with at least 1 year of leadership experience preferably experience using Gorgias. This individual must be comfortable speaking on calls.
