Customer Service Representative - Immediate Hiring

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT WANTED

Immediate Hiring (9am - 5pm EST, 11am - 7pm EST)
Permanent Work from Home Position


Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and chats.
* Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Go the extra mile to engage customers.



Requirements:
* Proven experience in all three support channels—voice, chat, and email.
* Strong phone communication skills and active listening ability.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Exceptional presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
* Knowledge of editing in Photoshop or Canva is a must.
* Experience as a team leader is preferred
* Promotional Products Industry experience
