Company Overview: We are a rapidly expanding global holding company acquiring B2B software companies worldwide, particularly in the US and Europe. We are seeking a talented Cold Call Representative with excellent English communication skills and a proven track record in outbound sales to help us build a network of advisory firms and business brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective companies, introducing our company and leaving the recipient with a clear sense of our model and mandate.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our business model to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Finding and onboarding the correct POC from target firms to our system and building an initial relationship.
- Manage and update our CRM with accurate information on outreach efforts, responses, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to schedule meetings and ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Assist in crafting outreach scripts and continuously refining them based on feedback and results.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related outbound sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English, with the ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed outreach targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software to track and manage outreach activities.
- High level of self-motivation, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Familiarity with the software industry and M&A processes is a plus.
