POSITION OVERVIEW

Restoration Inbound is seeking an independent, driven, and outcome-focused sales professional to build and lead our sales department. This role is ideal for a high-achiever with leadership aspirations. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies and processes from the ground up, laying the foundation for a future sales team, and achieving significant sales results.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive new business growth.
Conduct a minimum of 80 cold calls per day to generate new business opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, particularly in the fire and water damage restoration industry.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Lay the groundwork for a future sales team, with the potential to grow into a sales lead or assistant sales manager role.
Stay organized and methodical in your approach to sales and customer relationship management.

ACTIVITIES YOU’LL PERFORM

65 Cold Calls a day—30 follow-ups and 35 new contacts.
Objection handling.
Sales and marketing team organization.


YOUR EXPERIENCE

Sales experience with cold calls/outbound calls for a marketing agency or web design agency.
Experience in the Fire and Water Damage Restoration industry or a related field is highly preferred.
