We are looking for a talented and motivated Remote Graphic Designer & Social Media Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Remote Graphic Designer & Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs and assisting with social media content creation and management. You will work closely with our sales, production, and marketing teams to ensure designs are aligned with customer requirements and that our social media presence reflects the FASTSIGNS brand effectively. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and platforms simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce a variety of visual materials, including banners, signs, posters, vehicle wraps, digital displays, and other print and digital graphics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Prepare and proof files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion while meeting deadlines.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers to build and maintain a positive online presence.
- Track and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, technology, and social media best practices to ensure designs and content are fresh and relevant.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and social media followers to clarify requirements and present design ideas.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills in both print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the signage and print industry is a plus but not required.
