Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Target+ Ads Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Target+, Amazon, and Walmart marketplaces. This role is essential in driving traffic, increasing sales, and improving visibility for our product listings through strategic ad placements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Target+ Ads: Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns on Target+ to increase product visibility and sales.
• Marketplace Advertising: Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns on Amazon and Walmart alongside Target+.
• Campaign Strategy: Create and execute effective advertising strategies tailored to each platform’s unique marketplace, targeting the right customers with the right messaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align ad campaigns with overall business objectives and product launches.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, policies, and changes in the Target+, Amazon, and Walmart ad platforms to continuously refine advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing Target+ Ads campaigns.
• Familiarity with Amazon Advertising and Walmart Marketplace Ads is required.
• Strong understanding of retail/e-commerce media networks and the unique dynamics of e-commerce marketplaces.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights for campaign improvement.
• Experience with budgeting and maximizing ROI on ad spend.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Strong knowledge (Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Walmart) are a plus.
• Keyword optimization strategies for e-commerce.
