Emergency Responsiveness: You’ll maintain contactability during emergencies, ensuring swift and effective resolution of any issues that may arise, protecting the guest experience and the magic we create at all times.
Comprehensive Team Training: You’ll be in charge of all team training, process development, and documentation. Your guidance will ensure that every team member is well-equipped to deliver top-tier service without the need for micromanagement.
Resourcefulness at Its Best: In this role, there’s no room for babysitting. We need someone who’s resourceful, proactive, and can handle any situation with confidence and competence. You’ll ensure the magic of our brand is woven into every detail, every interaction.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as operations, marketing, and revenue management, to ensure a seamless guest experience. Your role will be integral in coordinating efforts to achieve our shared goals of excellence.
