JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
As a Website Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our website. This includes everything from assisting in the initial setup and ongoing maintenance of our site to enhancing its visibility on search engines and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):**
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve the website’s ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and monitor performance to drive organic traffic.
2. **WordPress (WP) Management:**
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the website using WordPress, including installing plugins, customizing themes, and ensuring security and functionality.
3. **Website Development and Maintenance:**
- Collaborate with the development team to assist in website setup, design, and troubleshooting.
- Regularly update website content, ensuring all pages are current and reflective of brand standards.
4. **Content Management:**
- Oversee the creation, editing, publishing, and maintenance of website content.
- Ensure that content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with the company's messaging.
5. **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):**
- Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase user conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages and calls to action (CTAs).
6. **User Experience (UX):**
- Ensure the website provides a seamless, intuitive, and engaging experience for all users.
- Implement UX best practices to enhance navigation, layout, and overall design.
7. **Analytics and Performance Monitoring:**
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and evaluate website performance.
- Generate regular reports on traffic, user behavior, and other key metrics to inform future strategy.
8.Traffic Acquisition:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to the website through various channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and more.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of different acquisition channels and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in website operations, particularly with SEO and WordPress.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development practices.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and user experience design.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web performance monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
