GENERAL ENGLISH TUTOR

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General English Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language teaching and be able to provide high-quality instruction to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct English language tutoring sessions for ESL students
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Provide constructive feedback to students
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment

Qualifications:
- 1 year teaching experience in ESL or in-faced tutorial (non-negotiable)
- Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or IELTS
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, Bachelor of Arts in English, TESOL, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Proficiency in speaking English with a neutral accent
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs

Working Schedule:
- PART-TIME position: 6-7 hours per day, 6 days weekly
- Available to work between 4 PM-11 PM
- Required to be available for at least 3 hours between 6 PM-11 PM (peak hours)
- Amenable to work ONSITE at Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
