We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth, and recruit top sales talent from anywhere in the world.
Job Summary: We seek a results-driven Virtual Sales Manager with excellent English communication skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role will oversee all aspects of recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed our revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing remote teams and a deep understanding of the sales process, preferably in the roofing, storm restoration, or insurance claims industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, interview, and hire top sales talent globally with strong English communication skills.
Develop and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires are quickly equipped to perform at their best.
Create a diverse talent pipeline by leveraging international recruitment platforms and networks.
Training & Development:
Provide comprehensive training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and the insurance claims process.
Lead virtual role-playing sessions to enhance sales pitches, objection handling, and closing skills.
Continuously assess team needs and tailor training programs to drive continuous improvement.
Sales Team Management:
Oversee daily sales operations, set goals, conduct virtual team meetings, and provide one-on-one coaching to team members.
Monitor sales performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
Manage lead distribution and ensure effective pipeline management to maximize sales potential.
Motivation & Incentives:
Implement recognition and incentive programs to keep the team motivated and focused on achieving sales targets.
Provide real-time feedback and support during customer interactions to help reps close deals.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports, analyze data trends, and adjust strategies to align with company goals.
Develop and execute sales plans that drive growth and adapt to changes in the market and industry.
Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and adjust sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on remote team management.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
Proven track record of recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a focus on performance metrics.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs.
