Provinziano & Associates is a respected family law practice dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic Partnerships Coordinator to join our team and help expand our network of professional relationships.

Position Overview
The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing our referral network programs, identifying potential partners, and nurturing existing relationships. This role is crucial in expanding our firm's reach and establishing mutually beneficial partnerships within the legal and related industries.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong referral network
2. Identify and reach out to potential partners, including other legal professionals, financial advisors, therapists, and relevant community organizations
3. Organize and manage partnership events, including networking sessions, workshops, and seminars
4. Create and maintain a database of partners and potential partners
5. Develop and manage a system for tracking referrals and partnership performance
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that support partnership initiatives
7. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to build relationships and identify partnership opportunities
8. Develop and implement partner onboarding and training programs
9. Monitor and report on partnership program performance, providing regular updates to management
10. Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations regarding referral partnerships in the legal industry
11. Collaborate with other team members to align partnership efforts with overall marketing and business development strategies

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in event planning and management
• Proficiency in CRM systems and database management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on program performance

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the legal industry, particularly family law
• Knowledge of legal ethics and regulations regarding referral partnerships
• Familiarity with marketing and business development strategies in professional services
• Experience with public speaking or presenting to groups
