Position Overview
The Web Design & Management Specialist will be responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing our WordPress website. This role is crucial in ensuring our website effectively represents our brand, provides an excellent user experience, and supports our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain our WordPress website, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and functioning optimally
2. Design and implement new web pages and features that align with our brand and marketing objectives
3. Collaborate with the SEO & Content Specialist to implement on-page SEO best practices
4. Ensure website responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers
5. Optimize website performance, including page load times and overall user experience
6. Implement and manage website analytics to track performance and user behavior
7. Conduct regular website audits and make recommendations for improvements
8. Manage website hosting, domain, and SSL certificate renewals
9. Create and update website content, including text, images, and videos
10. Ensure the website complies with legal requirements (e.g., accessibility standards, privacy policies)
11. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website issues
12. Stay up-to-date with web design trends and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in web design and WordPress management
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, including theme customization and plugin management
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
• Understanding of web hosting and domain management
• Knowledge of web design and UX/UI best practices
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong proficiency in English language, including excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the legal industry, particularly family law
• Knowledge of PHP and MySQL
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with website security and performance optimization
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Familiarity with Divi theme framework for WordPress
