Excelien is an IT service provider based in the UK with a growing presence in the Middle East. We specialize in cloud optimization and IT connectivity, and we're expanding our team to drive growth in the region.

Job Overview:
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven BDR to focus on cold calling potential clients in the Middle East. This role is crucial in generating leads and setting the stage for our sales team to convert prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted prospects within the Middle East region.
- Utilize provided data lists to identify and reach out to key decision-makers in the cloud optimization and IT connectivity space.
- Clearly communicate the value of Excelien’s services and tailor conversations to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass qualified opportunities to the sales closing team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up diligently on warm leads and previously engaged prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine the cold-calling strategy and messaging.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve call scripts and outreach approaches.

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages, particularly Arabic, are a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ year experience in B2B sales, with a focus on cold calling.
- Experience in the IT or technology sector is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to track and manage lead generation activities.
- Ability to handle rejection, maintain a positive attitude, and continuously improve techniques.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
