We are urgently hiring an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage our online presence and drive sales through WordPress, Shopify, and Amazon. If you excel at website development, eCommerce account management, and data analysis, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Development and Management:
- WordPress and Shopify Website Development: Design, build, and maintain eCommerce websites using WordPress and Shopify platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
- Theme Customization and Plugins: Customize themes and integrate plugins to enhance website functionality, performance, and security.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Regularly update websites, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure website functionality and security are maintained.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to websites.
2. Amazon eCommerce Account Management:
- Account Setup and Maintenance: Manage the Amazon Seller Central account, including setting up new products, optimizing product listings, and handling customer feedback and reviews.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and prevent stock outs or overstocking.
- Advertising and Promotions: Create and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, promotions, and deals to increase product visibility and sales.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions and optimize the Amazon store's performance.
3. Data Feed and Content Management:
- Product Data Feeds: Prepare, upload, and manage data feeds for products, including descriptions, pricing, inventory, and other relevant information on WordPress, Shopify, and Amazon platforms.
- Graphics and Multimedia Content: Upload and manage multimedia content such as images and videos, ensuring they are optimized for web use and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Content Updates and Enhancements: Regularly update the website and product content to reflect new products, promotions, and changes in inventory or pricing.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align eCommerce strategies with broader business goals.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports on website and Amazon store performance, including key metrics like traffic, conversion rates, and sales, and suggest areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Can work PST Timezone
- Experience with E-Commerce Plugins and Tools
- Amazon Account Management: Experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, including product listings, inventory management, and advertising.
- Graphic Design Skills
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Familiarity with SEO principles and tools.
- Experience with managing product data feeds and multimedia content, including images and videos.
- Strong ability to analyze sales data and web analytics to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies for remote work environments.
