Qualifications include 1+ year of Customer Service Experience, strong communication skills, E-Commerce familiarity, and proficiency in tools like Email, Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms. Must have a personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, and a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps for both upload and download.
