Who We're Looking For:

Square 1 Group is seeking a dedicated and persuasive Phone Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for generating client interest and securing appointments through effective telephone communication. Position Overview:

Job Title: Phone Appointment Setter
Compensation: $1000/month + $5 commission on every valid appointment set
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote

Role Objectives:

Effectively use telephone calls to reach potential clients, introduce them to Square 1 Group’s services, and secure appointments for our sales team.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to ensure consistent brand representation

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments. Use provided leads and scripts to effectively communicate the value of our services.
Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring all potential clients have a clear understanding of what Square 1 Group offers.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, ensuring optimal timing for both the client and the sales representative.
Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of calls made, appointments set, and follow-up requirements in our CRM system.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed set appointment setting targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Feedback Collection: Gather and relay feedback from potential clients to help refine pitching strategies and sales processes
