Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with automation tools such as Zapier, AgencyZoom, various Agency Management Systems (AMS), and GHL (GoHighLevel). This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing automation workflows to help our clients achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with agency clients to understand their operational processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design and implement automation workflows using tools like Zapier, AgencyZoom, AMS, and GHL.
• Customize and integrate various software applications to streamline business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and integrations.
• Provide training and support to clients on how to use and optimize their automated systems.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in automation technology and tools.
• Document all automation processes and workflows for future reference and scalability.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing automation solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automation workflows using Zapier, AgencyZoom, AMS, and GHL.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with various software applications and integration methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience working with agency clients or within the insurance/financial industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
