Tiktok Shop Affiliate Manager + Administrative VA

As we expand our reach, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, influencer marketing, and building relationships within the wellness community.

Responsibilities:

TikTok Shop Affiliate Outreach:

Research and identify potential TikTok influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values.
Initiate outreach to potential affiliates, presenting collaboration opportunities.
Manage and follow up on communications with affiliates to secure partnerships.
Track and monitor affiliate performance and engagement, ensuring ongoing communication and support.

Instagram Influencer Outreach:

Identify and engage with Instagram influencers who resonate with our target audience.
Develop and send outreach messages to influencers for potential collaborations.
Maintain a database of influencers, tracking outreach, responses, and collaboration outcomes.
Coordinate product shipments, content guidelines, and post schedules with influencers.

Spa and Fitness Studio Outreach:

Research and compile a list of potential spa and fitness studio partners who would benefit from our products.
Reach out to spa and fitness studios to introduce our brand and explore partnership opportunities.
Follow up with interested parties, providing additional information and negotiating terms.
Maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for further collaboration.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media outreach, influencer marketing, or affiliate management, specifically Tiktok Shops
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with the wellness, beauty, or fitness industry is a plus.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, email, and outreach tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
