We help Healthcare Facilities easily fill available shifts with higher productivity and no administrative burden.


Vitawerks is looking for a Healthcare Sales Specialist to grow our customer base by developing relationships in new territories and increasing sales.


You are an aggressive Type A salesperson who is an excellent communicator, on-the-spot thinker, and very creative in achieving sales targets. You are also very methodical in developing and tracking sales operations processes and key performance Upgrade to see actual info this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


- Cold Calling and Lead Generation within your geographic area (usually a US metropolitan area).
- Negotiating contracts and Onboarding nursing facilities, clinics, and hospitals
- Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
- Using a combination of social media, phone calls, emails, etc to generate leads into skilled nursing and long term care facilities
- Following up with leads to ensure contract signing
- Owning sales quota and displaying conviction to meet and exceed expectations
- Converting prospects from lead generation to qualified lead by articulating Vitawerk’s USP
- Measuring the effectiveness of various sales tools and weekly reporting of analysis
- Increasing company presence on social media and other platforms such as conferences, webinars, meetings to generate new business opportunities

- Prior experience in Sales is preferred - proven results in closing deals and exceeding sales targets
- Experience and Comfort with lead generation and cold calling
- Good communication skills, excellent telephone presence, and creative thinking
- Prior experience in BPO is a must
- Healthcare background is a plus
