Senior CRM Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior CRM Specialist with extensive experience in the iGaming industry to join our team. This role focuses on boosting user engagement and loyalty through the development of innovative CRM strategies, backed by data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance user engagement and retention
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc., to manage campaigns
Analyze customer data to optimize email campaigns, loyalty programs, and retention initiatives
Write compelling copy for CRM communications, including HTML email campaigns
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven CRM experience within the iGaming industry (a must)
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Strong copywriting skills and experience in data analysis
Familiarity with creating and managing HTML emails
