Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Part-Time Video Editor who can produce high-quality video content for various industries. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, capable of managing projects using tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Workspace, and possess strong technical skills in video editing. This role offers a flexible schedule, with the primary focus on achieving the minimum output requirements. Experience in real estate is not required, as our content spans multiple fields. The position pays $4.50 per hour for 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Ensure all video reels can be easily repurposed and adapted for multiple social media platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop content that meets client needs across different industries
- Manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and revisions are handled promptly
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance video content
- Ensure all video content meets technical and quality standards
- Maintain organized project files and assets for easy access and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and content creation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English: Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is required.
- Project Management Skills: Must be familiar with tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Workspace to manage tasks and collaborate with the team.
- Strong Internet Connection: Must have a reliable internet connection to handle large file transfers and participate in video conferences.
- Minimum Content Output: Must be able to produce at least 20 video reels per week that can be repurposed across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work meticulously and ensure all content is error-free.
- Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to bring ideas to life through video.
- Time Management: Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
