Website Design and Development

We are seeking a skilled and creative website designer who excels in creating visually engaging and highly functional websites. If you are proficient in PageFly, Animations, Shopify, CSS, HTML, and/or have experience in 3D website design using Spline, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Website Development & Design: Develop, manage, and optimize visually stunning and user-friendly Shopify website. Utilize PageFly for dynamic page building, incorporating advanced animations, and ensuring responsive design across devices.
3D Website Design: Help us create mobile friendly immersive web experiences that captivate our audience.
Custom CSS/HTML: Implement custom CSS and HTML code to enhance website functionality and design, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics.
Performance Optimization: Regularly test and optimize website performance, including page load times, responsiveness, and user experience.
Collaboration & Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions. Participate in monthly strategy meetings to align with our marketing objectives and adapt your designs accordingly.
Education & Mentorship: Educate our team on best practices in web design, animation, and 3D integration, helping to elevate our overall digital presence.

Daily Responsibilities:

Recaps: Share daily updates via Loom videos, highlighting your completed tasks, any obstacles encountered, and areas where team input is needed.
Ongoing Development: Continuously refine and enhance website elements based on user feedback, performance metrics, and emerging design trends.
Requirements:

Technical Proficiency: At least 2+ years of experience with PageFly, Shopify, CSS, HTML, and animations. Experience with Spline or other 3D design tools is a strong plus.
Creative Vision: A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design, particularly in e-commerce settings. Experience in the beauty or red light industry Is a plus!( let us know).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the website aligns with our brand identity and user expectations.
Long-Term Commitment: We are looking for a part-time to full-time team member interested in a long-term working relationship.
