We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our sales process, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments with top executives in the construction and design industry. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, proficient in using Apollo.io and Hubspot, and has a track record of success in cold calling and lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Cold Calling: Initiate cold calls to executives, including CEOs, VPs, and Presidents of companies, to introduce our construction and design services and secure appointments.
* Lead Management: Reach out to cold leads provided by the company. Utilize Apollo.io and Hubspot to manage and track lead interactions.
* Scripted Communication: Follow a provided script to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging. Tailor the conversation as needed to engage prospects.
* Lead Nurturing: Use Apollo.io and Hubspot to nurture leads, keep them engaged, and move them through the sales funnel.
* Gatekeeper Navigation: Skillfully get through gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers.
* Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs/targets for call volume, appointments set, and other relevant metrics.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Hubspot, including call notes, follow-up actions, and appointment details.
* Communication: Exhibit excellent English speaking and writing skills to effectively communicate with prospects and internal teams.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in the construction and design industry.
* Proficiency in using Apollo.io and Hubspot for lead management and nurturing.
* Strong ability to connect with high-level executives and navigate gatekeepers.
* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
