Pet N Pet® is looking for a full-time experienced Social Media VA!

Do you have what it takes to drive growth in social media presence for an innovative and environmentally-conscious brand?

Responsibilities:

• Finding and building relationships with influencers who match the brand’s values and audience
• Managing influencer campaigns, including negotiating deals, coordinating activities, and tracking results
• Optimizing social media posts for search engines and increasing discoverability using effective hashtags
• Running ads on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google
• Tracking and analyzing social media performance using tools like Google Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook Insights
• Providing clear reports and insights based on social media data

Tasks:

• Content Calendar: Plan and schedule posts in advance for consistency.
• Graphics and Videos: Create engaging visuals and videos to enhance content.
• Daily Community Management: Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and interactions.
• Social Media Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues via social platforms.
• Affiliate Engagement: Collaborate with affiliates, track activities, and support promotions.
• Reports & Analytics: Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and provide insights for strategy improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience
• Social media management experience - Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest
• Influencer marketing experience
• Experience with ad platforms
• SEO and hashtag knowledge
• Analytics and reporting skills
• Video and image editing skills on Canva - graphic design experience is a plus
